Call For All — Multilingual B2B Service Website

A four-language WordPress website developed from initial setup through production deployment.

I developed Call For All for a new outsourcing service initiative requiring a website to present its services to different international audiences. My responsibility covered website infrastructure, service and information architecture, Elementor Pro implementation, multilingual configuration, technical SEO and deployment. The project was delivered within the wider UNI COMPANI business environment for a separate business initiative.

Platform context · 01

Building a website for four language audiences

Call For All began as a new outsourcing service concept without an existing production website.

The project required a shared website structure capable of presenting services to Bulgarian, English-speaking, Romanian-speaking and Turkish-speaking audiences.

The website also needed to accommodate service descriptions, defined packages, pricing information, consultation routes and enquiry forms.

I developed the website structure and implementation around these requirements, creating one coordinated WordPress platform with dedicated language versions.

Website operations · 02

From website setup to ongoing operations

I personally developed the project, covering:

  • Domain, hosting environment and SSL configuration.
  • WordPress installation and initial configuration.
  • Hello Elementor, Elementor Pro and Polylang setup.
  • Information architecture, service presentation and enquiry paths.
  • Responsive interface development and functional forms.
  • Bulgarian, English, Romanian and Turkish website structures.
  • Technical SEO configuration and indexing preparation.
  • Production deployment, monitoring setup and continuing maintenance.

My role concerned the website’s digital structure, implementation and operation. The underlying outsourcing services and commercial requirements belonged to the business initiative.

Service journeys · 03

Organising services and enquiry paths

The website needed to present a broad range of outsourcing services without requiring visitors to interpret a single extensive service list.

I organised the content into service categories covering customer support, communication, digital services and operational coordination.

The interface provides routes for reviewing core services, comparing predefined packages, exploring custom requirements and requesting a consultation.

The package presentation includes Basic, Advanced and Professional options, with visible scope and pricing information.

These elements are connected through service pages, calls to action and enquiry forms. The resulting structure gives visitors distinct paths for exploring standard service options or making an enquiry about requirements outside the predefined packages.

Responsive system · 04

Building the responsive website

I configured the hosting environment, domain and SSL, then established the WordPress installation using Hello Elementor, Elementor Pro, Polylang and the required SEO tooling.

I implemented the production interface in Elementor Pro, using reusable layouts and consistent visual patterns across service pages and language versions.

The implementation includes responsive navigation and content layouts, service cards, package presentations and calls to action, reusable typography and spacing, enquiry forms and custom CSS where required.

Navigation, cards, package layouts and enquiry sections were adapted for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Multilingual implementation · 05

Four language versions within one platform

I structured the website into coordinated Bulgarian, English, Romanian and Turkish versions using Polylang.

The implementation includes dedicated language URLs, corresponding page relationships, localized navigation and language-specific metadata.

The four versions share the same underlying service platform while allowing their content and navigation to address different language audiences.

AI-assisted translation was used where required as part of the localization workflow. My responsibility included implementing and maintaining multilingual website content and its technical configuration, rather than providing professional translation or native-language review.

Technical SEO · 06

Technical SEO for a multilingual website

I implemented the technical SEO structure alongside the multilingual page architecture. This included:

  • Language-specific URLs and internal navigation.
  • Hreflang relationships between corresponding pages.
  • Canonical URL configuration.
  • Localized metadata and XML sitemaps.
  • Structured data and indexing controls.
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics configuration.

I prepared the website for production with caching, security-related configuration and checks of the multilingual and technical SEO setup. Search Console and Analytics were connected to support ongoing monitoring of the live website.
